In this essential position, you will be responsible for completing specified equipment installation and repairs by performing the following duties:

  • Complete system service and installation calls on various equipment on a daily basis.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with the appropriate equipment to determine most efficient course of action.
  • Perform testing and preventative maintenance inspections according to assigned work orders and completes associated documentation.
  • Apply knowledge and technical ability to perform repairs as per manufacturers' operating specifications.
  • Maintain an accurate log of daily service work and inspections performed and communicate information to the service manager each day.
  • Verify system operations with customers, take digital photo of completed job and obtains customer verification upon completion of jobs.
  • Recommend and explain additional repairs as appropriate and finalizes repair order information.
  • This is a full time, day shift position with occasional overnight travel
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.


We provide company and manufacturer training programs; we need your skills and we will train to our products and systems!!!


The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and assembly skills; be comfortable with working at heights; (15' step ladder, 30' scissor lift, and rooftops); be able to operate skid steer, scissor lift and fork lift. A valid driver’s license is required.

Language Ability:

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.


Reasoning Ability:

Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.


Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have general computer knowledge.



High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or less than one year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Specialized Training:

Safety trainings as required by company policy


Certificates and Licenses: 

  • Valid driver's license (CDL preferred or maintained at company designation)  


  • Forklift
  • Platform lift
  • Hand power tools

The employee is occasionally required to push and pull up to 50 lbs; walk; sit; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds; pull up to 200 pounds; and move up to 550 pounds with appropriate moving and safety equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
