PetroChoice, a leading distributor of lubricants, oils, fluids, and greases is currently recruiting a Territory Sales Manager for our Richmond Virginia market. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the company's sales goals through professional sales techniques and good customer service, maintaining quality relations with existing customers, developing new customer base and providing sales and marketing coverage.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with the ability to work from home and travel; have a proven sales record and at least 2 years of experience in an outside sales position; industrial sales experience is required, lubricant sales experience preferred.

The Territory Sales Manager:
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:
Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in an outside sales position, preferably industrial sales, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference; to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume; and apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to read and understand journal entries and the flow of information through a general ledger. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have demonstrated experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint.
