Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Installation of automatic lubrication systems on production equipment including constructions, agricultural and industrial applications.
  • Repair of lubrication equipment including pumps, grease guns, and metering devices.
  • Oil filtration and sampling.
  • System trouble shooting.
  • Maintain accurate service information including service summaries and inventory control
  • Prepares accurate and timely quotes for customers on product repairs
  • Maintain a clean work environment including workstation, facilities, equipment, vehicles, outside environment.

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • 1 – 3 years of experience in fabrication, welding, applicable technical programs required;
  • 1 – 3 years customer service experience required;
  • Experience using Microsoft Suite required;
  • 2 year degree preferred;

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Travel will be required. Amount of which is based upon account assignments and business requirements. On-call 24 hour service may be implemented at any time with reasonable notification.
