Include but are not limited to the following. The Company reserves the right to add to, delete, change or modify the essential duties and responsibilities at any time.   All work is to be completed with minimum supervision and in accordance with Company standards. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Receive and stock product, pull product, repackaging, take inventory, facility maintenance, fire extinguisher and other safety checks.
  • Performs Cycle Counts and perpetual inventory counts on materials in stock.
  • Tracks and investigates discrepancies in movements of materials, packaged and bulk.
  • Maintains the tank farm monitors and associated equipment.
  • Maintains the raw materials inventory and submits for adjustments.
  • Controls all returned merchandise and initiates quarantine process for suspect returns.
  • Assists other warehouse in their material management when needed.
  • Assists in the repacking of materials to meet customer needs.
  • Assists in printing of labels for materials, all warehouses in the system.
  • Assists in receiving and binning of large orders.
  • Assists with finding missing or misplaced inventory.

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:


  • Has basic math skills including: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
  • Possesses excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
  • Has an ability to read road maps.

  • Must be able to perform with minimal or no supervision.
  • Must be able to climb, bend, stad for extended periods of time, etc.
  • Forklift experience is a plus.



High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or less than one year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.



Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups or managers, clients, customers, and the general public.



Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.



Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.



  • Experience working in computer environment is desired.
  • SAP or other like kind management system.
