PetroChoice, a leading distributor of lubricants, oils, fluids, and greases is currently recruiting a Sales Manager for the North Carolina and South Carolina market. In fact, we distribute and offer our services from more than 50 locations in 32 states every day and include top brands of oils, greases, and other lubricants.
The Sales Manager will establish and implement sales strategies; engage in relationship management with suppliers; establish pricing for our customers; and have responsibility for maintaining margins necessary for achieving profitability by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have strong problem solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, along with strong oral and written communication skills. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint are essential. Experience with a CRM is required, SalesForce is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have experience developing, leading and managing the sales process as well as experience coaching, managing and developing a sales force in an industrial market, preferably in the lubrication industry. A Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
In this role, you will travel a least 50% of the time, a valid driver’s license is required.

Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) in Business Administration or Marketing with at least 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
