This position is responsible for supervision of all operations personnel and of the maintenance, cleanliness, and operating condition of the facility.  The Branch Operations Manager must know, understand and implement Company policies, procedures, and standards with respect to health, safety, maintenance, operation and regulatory compliance, and insist that all other personnel, contractors, and visitors adhere to Company policies, procedures, and standards.      The Branch Operations Manager will be responsible for timely compilation and maintenance of performance metrics for the facility and its personnel.  These metrics will be reported periodically to the Regional Operations Manager, Regional Vice President, or other designated personnel.    Performance of this position requires interpretation and application of Company policies, programs, and Mission/Vision/Values.  This position will participate in Company training meetings as deemed necessary.

SUMMARY   The Dispatch Supervisor is responsible for the management of the dispatch team activities routing and scheduling lubricant deliveries from designated PetroChoice facilities.The position must maintain a ‘hands on’ mindset with always being willing to jump in to the details as required.  Development and implementation of delivery policies and procedures are the cornerstone of this position.  Dispatcher is primarily responsible for monitoring delivery intervals and making appropriate adjustments thereto.  In addition, this position serves as a quality control checkpoint with respect to the Inventory, Customer Service and Sales teams’ accurate performance and adherence to policies and procedures.  This position interfaces with Customer Service and Inside Sales with respect to route changes and scheduled deliveries in order to facilitate telemarketing to scheduled accounts or delivery areas.
