PetroChoice, a leading distributor of lubricants, oils, fluids, and greases is currently recruiting a Logistics Coordinator for our Ft. Washington, PA corporate office. The Logistics Coordinator will plan and manage outbound and inbound logistics with common carriers, and the company's fleet, across a multi-modal transportation program. The Logistics Coordinator is primarily responsible for ensuring freight is transported according to schedule and within company policy. This position serves as key link between Inventory Buyers, Branch Operations and Suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Transportation industry knowledge and experience with a TMS is strongly preferred.

High School Graduate
1-2 Years of Industry related experience in supply chain, logistics, and/or transportation experience preferred.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fundamentals of geometry and algebra. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be fluent in the use of computers and software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other report writing and project planning software. Experience working in an ERP environment is desirable. Experience with Roadnet is preferred.
