Summary:
 
The Integration Engineer will work directly with the IT Infrastructure and Applications team to maintain a dynamic environment consisting of on-prem and cloud technologies.  We are seeking a highly skilled engineer with a solid background in network infrastructure, virtualization, backup solutions, and cloud services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing and maintaining complex IT systems that meet the demands of a growing business environment. They will be responsible for identifying enterprise-level technologies which will work best for the company and work with Sr. IT leadership to determine and acquire technologies to facilitate implementation.

Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture and implementation of system integrations with existing and future technologies.
- Troubleshoot and maintain network environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability across all facilities.
- Upgrade Windows domain infrastructure, meeting security standards and maintain advanced capabilities.
- Utilize advanced knowledge to administer, install, and maintain departmental policies.
- Architect and implement Azure technologies, for production, disaster recovery, and application development.
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge of Operating System software, including Windows and Linux.
- Manage network security, consisting of risk management and firewall maintenance.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT engineering, with a focus on enterprise-level projects.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, VMware, Microsoft) are highly desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
