This position is responsible for routing and scheduling lubricant deliveries from designated PetroChoice facilities. Development and implementation of delivery policies and procedures are the cornerstone of this position. Dispatcher is primarily responsible for monitoring delivery intervals and making appropriate adjustments thereto. In addition, this position serves as a quality control checkpoint with respect to the Inventory, Customer Service and Sales teams’ accurate performance and adherence to policies and procedures. This position interfaces with Customer Service and Inside Sales with respect to route changes and scheduled deliveries in order to facilitate telemarketing to scheduled accounts or delivery areas.

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma/GED Required. Experience in dispatch, logistics, or warehousing preferred but not required.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability:
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as fundamentals of geometry and algebra. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be fluent in the use of computers and software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other report writing and project planning software. Experience working in an ERP environment is desirable. Experience with Roadnet is preferred.
