The Accounting Manager will be a key leader of the Petrochoice General Accounting Team, overseeing multiple accounting functions, including but not limited to general accounting and Tax. He / She will provide critical support to the growing organization by ensuring accurate financial data to help drive best business decisions and continually development of new processes to create efficiencies.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting from an accredited college or university. 5+ years of related accounting experience with a demonstrated history of increasing responsibilities. Public Accounting and/or SOX experience a plus but not required.
Certificates and Licenses:
CPA or CMA preferred, but not required
Language Ability:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, accounting software, and internet software. History of working with a dual monitor set up or willingness to adapt to it.
